Thridyne LLC ("Cannamatic," "we," "us," or "our") provides software for licensed dispensaries. This notice explains how we handle information collected through cannamatic.io.
Information we collect
When you request a demo, we collect your business name, full name, work email address, phone number, and, if you choose to provide it, your point-of-sale system. We also record technical details associated with the request, including your IP address, browser or device information provided through the user-agent, the time of submission, and the page source.
When you use our privacy request form, we collect your email address, request type, and any optional name or message you provide.
Our hosting and content-delivery providers may create routine server logs containing information such as your IP address, request time, browser details, and pages requested.
The current landing page does not use advertising trackers, analytics services, or third-party video embeds.
How we use information
We use information to respond to demo and privacy requests, prepare relevant demonstrations, communicate about Cannamatic, operate and protect the site, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
The demo form's product-updates checkbox is selected by default. If you submit the form with it selected, we will use your contact details to send product, early-access, and other marketing updates. You can uncheck it to request a demo without subscribing. You can later unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or through our privacy request form.
How information is disclosed
We disclose information to authorized Cannamatic personnel and providers that help us host the site, store requests, deliver email notifications, and operate our systems. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or services.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably needed to respond and follow up, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The period may vary according to the information and why we hold it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, unsubscribe from marketing, or answer a privacy question through our privacy request form. We may verify your request before acting and may retain information where permitted or required by law. Available rights can depend on where you live and the law that applies.
We may update this notice as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the updated notice here and revise the effective date.
